I peeked at this house as well as the 2 jimmy found. I like them all - this one seems to be the best priced. It also has more bathrooms than the sagamore house (?5 vs 3). I do, however, like the sandy beach in Sagamore and it looks like it gets more sun than shade - which I like. I wonder if this house (Wakefield) has a good area for the kids to swim (i.e. is it mucky off the dock or shallow and sandy? It's nice to see boats (kayak/canoe) included in all these rentals. -Leah

SOLD! I call the hammock! Adam approves of the kitchen and the fishing boat is a bonus! The Bruce's are in!
