I peeked and it looks nice. It's a 10 min (2 block) walk to beach as opposed to lake houses which had beach in backyard, but the ocean may be more fun. I like the amusement park within walking distance too. I mapquested from my house it says 1 hr 26 mins.

I love it mom, the price is nice as well. Nine bedrooms and five bathrooms are perfect with all the little ones we have.
