Today is the Solemnity of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. A day to remember and be thankful for all that Jesus has done for us. Because of our human condition, we will sin each and every day and if we are aware and sorrowful Jesus will forgive us each and every day. We are constantly evolving from sin to forgiveness to sanctity and back to sin, forgiveness and sanctity. Too many in today's culture do not recognize the sin in their own lives, but rather are too aware of the sin in the lives of others. We are all called to be saints. Be a saint today!! You will know it if you have joy and peace in your heart.
Sacred Heart of Jesus, have mercy on us!!
